Dan Jones is an Associate Professor of Management and Interdisciplinary Social Psychology at the University of Nevada Reno.
Research Interests: Interpersonal harm; toxic workplace behavior & relationship abuse. Topics include: Human Quantification Theory, Dark Triad, Mimicry Deception Theory, Incentive Salience.

EDIT SZABO, PHD
Doctoral Student in Management (ABD)
Edit completed her master’s degree in Literature and Linguistics and her PhD in Psychology from the University of Pecs, Hungary. She is pursuing a second PhD in Business Management. Her current research interests include social values, personality, and social issues in management. She studies social value orientation and the social impact of firms with a special focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR). Topics include: CSR, social value orientation (SVO), Dark Triad (DT), Theory of Mind (ToM).
SAMPADA KARANDIKAR, MS (SHE/THEY)
Doctoral Student in Social Psychology
Sampada completed her B.A. in Psychology from Mumbai University (India), and MSc. in Forensic Psychology from the University of York (UK). Her research interests lie in studying how dark personality traits manifest in various situations. She is specifically interested in the serial killer phenomenon, white collar crime, and morality. Sampada has also co-authored a book entitled Twisted – A Profile of Indian Serial Killers, which presents psychological profiling of several Indian serial killers. She wants to study the role of affluenza within perpetration of white collar crime
DAVID ANDREWS, MS
Doctoral Student in Social Psychology
David is a second-year doctoral student in the Social Psychology program. He received his BA in psychology and MS in psychology as part of a combined BA/MS program at Oakland University (Michigan), he also received his BA in criminal justice during his time at OU. His initial research program was focused on narcissism, but has expanded to include other dark personality traits. He is slowly transitioning his core research interest to various permutations of extremism, with a specific interest in religious extremism, violence, and corruption. In line with his extremism interest, he looks to also publish on domestic terror threats, right-wing extremism, and white power groups, including the radicalization process that occurs online. David is interested in a variety of psychological processes surrounding attitudes and beliefs toward controversial criminal justice policies and practices (e.g., death penalty).
SOGOL MOZAFARI, MS
Doctoral Student in Management
Sogol, a first-year PhD student in Business Administration with a specialization in Management, earned her Master's in Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno. Recognized as an outstanding researcher during both her Master's and PhD studies, she demonstrates a keen interest in understanding human behavior, particularly in relation to artificial intelligence (AI) and the phenomenon of aversion towards it, with a specific focus on dark triad behavior.
